Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 chia egg (made with 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 3 tablespoons water)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Seaweed sheets
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Sweet potato
  • Blue potatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Carrot sticks
  • Beets
  • Spinach

Preparation

  1. Mix the cooked quinoa with the chia egg and rice vinegar to create a sticky mixture.

  2. Use seaweed sheets to roll up the mixture with the prepared vegetables.
