Slow Cooker Aubergine and Lentil Curry and Tried to Attempt Some Baked Gluten Free Onion Bhajis

Ingredients

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 heaped tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper .

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker

  2. Fill up the empty chopped tomatoes tin with a third water and add this to the slow cooker

  3. Turn on low and cook for 7-8 hours
