Slow Cooker Aubergine and Lentil Curry and Tried to Attempt Some Baked Gluten Free Onion Bhajis
Ingredients
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 heaped tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper .
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker
Fill up the empty chopped tomatoes tin with a third water and add this to the slow cooker
Turn on low and cook for 7-8 hours
