Ingredients

  • 1 cup earth balance butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 t. culinary grade lavender chopped finely
  • lemon zest from one lemon
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Finely chop culinary lavender to release the flavor. Zest lemon and squeeze to yield a tablespoon of the juice. Stir into the mixture. Add more lemon if you desire

  3. Cream butter and sugar, slowly stir in flour. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tea
