Ingredients
- 1 cup earth balance butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. culinary grade lavender chopped finely
- lemon zest from one lemon
- 1 T. lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Finely chop culinary lavender to release the flavor. Zest lemon and squeeze to yield a tablespoon of the juice. Stir into the mixture. Add more lemon if you desire
Cream butter and sugar, slowly stir in flour. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tea
