Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (ground into flour)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 flax egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • dollop of peanut butter
  • cinnamon
  • any other mix-ins (i used chocolate chips today)

Preparation

  1. Mash everything together in a bowl with a fork

  2. If it’s too thick you can add more almond milk as needed

  3. Cook on stove or griddle until brown on both sides
