Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (ground into flour)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 flax egg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- dollop of peanut butter
- cinnamon
- any other mix-ins (i used chocolate chips today)
Preparation
Mash everything together in a bowl with a fork
If it’s too thick you can add more almond milk as needed
Cook on stove or griddle until brown on both sides
