Sugar Free, Gluten-Free and Vegan Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cups oat flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Sugar-free vegan dark chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup)

  2. Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF). Add mashed banana and 1 tbsp of water in a medium bowl. Add syrup and oil and stir well

  3. Add the dry ingredients to this mixture and stir until well combined

  4. Finally, stir in the vegan chocolate chips just until well dispersed

  5. Drop the cookie batter by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet, and lightly flatten to shape with your hands

  6. Bake for 8 minutes
