These Soft, Sugary, and Sweet Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cane sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of aluminum free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of vegan spread (we used @earthbalance)
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir well
Next add wet ingredients into the same bowl and stir until dough starts to form
Preheat oven to 400° and line a cookie sheet onto a baking pan
On a small plate or bowl sprinkle equal parts cinnamon and sugar, take small pieces of dough and form into a small ball
Roll ball onto plate until completely coated, place onto baking sheet and repeat process until finished
Grab a fork and press down gently on dough balls and then press down the other way to form a checker board like pattern
Place in oven for about 10 minutes then remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy???? #threebunnies
