These Soft, Sugary, and Sweet Snickerdoodles


  • 1 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of cane sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of aluminum free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of vegan spread (we used @earthbalance)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil


  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir well

  2. Next add wet ingredients into the same bowl and stir until dough starts to form

  3. Preheat oven to 400° and line a cookie sheet onto a baking pan

  4. On a small plate or bowl sprinkle equal parts cinnamon and sugar, take small pieces of dough and form into a small ball

  5. Roll ball onto plate until completely coated, place onto baking sheet and repeat process until finished

  6. Grab a fork and press down gently on dough balls and then press down the other way to form a checker board like pattern

  7. Place in oven for about 10 minutes then remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy???? #threebunnies
