Cookie Monster Nice Cream
Ingredients
- blend the following:
- small can butter beans
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- dark choc chips (stir these in)
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- ✨ frozen grapes
- ✨ blue spirulina

Blend
Layer half the cookie dough into the base of a jar/bowl/tub & pour the nice cream on top, then top off with the remaining cookie dough
