Vegan Corn Dogs with Plant-Based Nuggets

- 85g all-purpose flour
- 15g cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

- 100g water
- 50g oat flakes
- 30g panko breadcrumbs
Preparation
Defrost the nuggets, and you can steam them to speed up the process.
Mix the batter by whisking together 85g all-purpose flour, 15g cornstarch, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 10g baking powder, and 100g water.
Prepare a plate with a mixture of 50g oat flakes and 30g panko breadcrumbs for breading.
Dip each nugget in the batter, then coat with the breading mixture.
Fry the coated nuggets until golden brown.
