Crispy Fried Chicken Wontons
Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers as needed
- Bowl of boiled water for adhesive
- Cooking oil as needed
Filling
- 500 grams ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1-2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
Mix all the filling ingredients until well combined.
Prepare a wonton wrapper and brush water on the edges. Add 1 teaspoon of filling and fold into a triangle.
Fold the middle part, brush water on both ends and fold together. Repeat this process until all wrappers are used.
Fry the wontons until golden brown. Remove and serve with sauce.
