Fried Tofu Skin Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 sheet tofu skin
- 1 egg white
Filling
- 250 g ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sago flour
- 1 egg
- green onions as needed
Preparation
Mix the chicken, garlic, fish sauce, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and egg then stir well. Add the sago flour and green onions and stir until just combined.
Take one sheet of tofu skin. Add the filling. Fold the right and left sides. Roll up. Seal the edges with egg white.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Drain.
