Shrimp and Chicken Dumpling Soup

Ingredients

  • 300g minced shrimp
  • 250g ground chicken
  • 100g diced jicama
  • 4 tablespoons egg white
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 4 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 40 wonton wrappers
  • Green onions for broth
  • Fried garlic for broth

Preparation

  1. Mix all the filling ingredients together

  2. Wrap the mixture in wonton wrappers

  3. Boil the dumplings until cooked

  4. For the broth, use stock from boiling chicken feet and add fried garlic and green onions
