Indonesian Fried Tempe Mendoan
Ingredients
- 6 tempe mendoan pieces
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 5 green onions
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
Batter
Mix all ingredients together and add water to form a batter that is not too thin or too thick
Frying
Heat oil in a pan
Dip the tempe in the batter and fry over low heat until half-cooked
Remove from oil and serve warm
