Easy Crispy Fried Shrimp
Ingredients
- 250g shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Ground pepper
Batter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- 3 tablespoons flour for coating
Preparation
Clean the shrimp, then marinate with lime juice, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.
Dip the shrimp into the batter mixture.
Roll in dry flour while pinching and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp over medium heat until golden brown, then remove.
