Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 tablespoons or 120 grams all-purpose flour
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl

  3. In another bowl, mix together sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together baking powder, baking soda, and flour

  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed

  6. Fold in chocolate chips

  7. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 30-45 minutes, adjusting for your oven
