Berrylicious White Chocolate Tartlets with Fresh Berries

Ingredients

Crust

  • 3/4 cup GF roll oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Filling

  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut cream
  • 1 cup non-dairy white chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp @unicornsuperfoods Berrylicious Blend

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all crust ingredients and pulse until mixture looks like wet sand.

  2. Firmly press into prepared tart tins, and refrigerate while making the filling.

  3. Melt chocolate with coconut cream, add Berrylicious Blend powder and stir until smooth.

  4. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

  5. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy.
