Vegan No-Bake White Chocolate Ganache Tart
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 10 dates, pitted
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Filling
- 200g full-fat coconut cream
- 200g non-dairy white chocolate
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional, if using sugar-free white chocolate)
Preparation
Combine all crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.
Firmly press the mixture into a prepared 9-inch tart pan and refrigerate while making the filling.
Melt the white chocolate with coconut cream and stir until smooth.
Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh fruits, slice, and enjoy.
