Vegan No-Bake White Chocolate Ganache Tart

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Filling

  • 200g full-fat coconut cream
  • 200g non-dairy white chocolate
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (optional, if using sugar-free white chocolate)

Preparation

  1. Combine all crust ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.

  2. Firmly press the mixture into a prepared 9-inch tart pan and refrigerate while making the filling.

  3. Melt the white chocolate with coconut cream and stir until smooth.

  4. Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

  5. Garnish with fresh fruits, slice, and enjoy.
