Granola Fudge Cups
Ingredients
For the Base and Top
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike vanilla)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
For the Fudge
- 1 cup @coconutbowls Granola Butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 tbs Maple Syrup
Preparation
Add base ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Set aside 1/4 of the mixture.
Distribute mixture into silicone muffin tray and press down firmly. Set aside in the fridge.
Make fudge by adding ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir until smooth and pour over bases.
Crumble remaining mixture over the top and put in the fridge to set.
Store in the fridge for 4-5 days. Can also be frozen.
