Easy Vegan Protein Almond Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter (@99th_monkey)
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
- 50 grams Dark Chocolate (for the coating)
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, oat flour, and protein powder.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
Coat the almond butter balls with the melted chocolate.
Allow the truffles to set until the chocolate hardens.
