Easy Vegan Protein Almond Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter (@99th_monkey)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
  • 50 grams Dark Chocolate (for the coating)

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, oat flour, and protein powder.

  2. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.

  5. Coat the almond butter balls with the melted chocolate.

  6. Allow the truffles to set until the chocolate hardens.
