Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 oats
  • 1/4c coconut oil
  • 1/3c chocolate bliss vegan protein powder (all recipes I have seen have cacao powder, but I didn't have any, so I'm experimenting)
  • 1/2c sugar free syrup (most recipes call for agave and regular maple syrup, but I am making mine #sugarfree and Candida friendly)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Optional: add chocolate chips at the end. I used a vegan dark chocolate square on each square with no sugar

  2. Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor; Bake for 25 minutes on 350 in a brownie pan (btw....the batter is delicious ?)
