Creamy Vegan Eggnog Holiday Drink
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of plain soy milk, or any non-dairy milk you prefer
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix (It’s accidentally vegan!)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of agave, or your choice of sweetener
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together
Adjust the sweetness to your liking
Let the eggnog sit in the fridge, covered, for 10-15 minutes, to thicken up
Serve and enjoy
