Creamy Vegan Eggnog Holiday Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup of plain soy milk, or any non-dairy milk you prefer
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix (It’s accidentally vegan!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of agave, or your choice of sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Adjust the sweetness to your liking

  3. Let the eggnog sit in the fridge, covered, for 10-15 minutes, to thicken up

  4. Serve and enjoy
