Date & Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • seeds
  • cacao
  • sweet potatoe
  • portein powder
  • maca
  • 12 pitted dates
  • mixed nuts
  • grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes

  2. Drain the dates and blend them

  3. Add in the mix of nuts (or whatever you’ve chosen) and blend until a paste forms

  4. Let the paste sit in the fridge or freezer if you’re impatient like me ? and then form little balls. Rolls them on grated coconut

  5. I recommend letting them sit in the fridge for two hours, even overnight, before eating them so they solidify a bit
