Four Way Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

Acai berry

  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
  • 1 frozen banana

Raspberry beet

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon beet powder
  • 1 frozen banana

Blue spirulina

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon blue spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt

Kale smoothie

  • Frozen pineapple
  • Frozen mango
  • Parsley
  • Kale
  • Moringa powder
  • Lime
  • Coconut water
  • Orange
  • Aloe vera

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients for each smoothie variation in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and serve immediately.
