Four Way Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
Acai berry
- 1/2 cup wild blueberries
- 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
- 1 frozen banana
Raspberry beet
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon beet powder
- 1 frozen banana
Blue spirulina
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon blue spirulina
- 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
Kale smoothie
- Frozen pineapple
- Frozen mango
- Parsley
- Kale
- Moringa powder
- Lime
- Coconut water
- Orange
- Aloe vera
Preparation
Blend the ingredients for each smoothie variation in a blender until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and serve immediately.
