Frozen Dark Chocolate Covered Kiwi Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate ? chips
  • 1/4 c organic unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/2 c Guiltless 7 Seed Flour
  • 6 kiwis ? peeled and sliced

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in small sauce pan over low heat. Stir in Guiltless flour until combined

  2. Gently toss kiwis in melted chocolate. Coat on each side

  3. Freeze on wax paper (make sure they're not touching) for at least a couple hours

  4. Remove from freezer and enjoy right away

  5. A summer treat that's good in every way
