Gluten-Free & Vegan Brownies
Ingredients
- 25g ground flaxseed in 60g of warm water or coffee
- 70g margarine
- 100g chocolate
- 120g plant-based milk
- 200g blond sugar
- 70g white rice flour
- 20g cornstarch
- Salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a mold with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed with warm water or coffee and let it sit.
On low heat, in a saucepan, melt the margarine, chocolate, and milk together.
In a large bowl, add the sugar and pour in the melted mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon.
Add the flaxseed gel to the bowl and stir.
Sift the flour, starch, and 2 pinches of salt into the bowl. Stir until the batter is homogeneous (avoid overmixing).
Transfer the batter into the prepared mold and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool down before slicing them.
