Granola Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter (unsalted, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix together in a bowl

  2. Pour this overtop 1 cup of your favorite granola (I linked my favorite granola recipe in my bio ) - mix together well. It will be thick (that is okay)

  3. Spread the granola/almond butter mixture out on a parchment lined baking sheet that can fit in your freezer. Use a spatula to spread it out into one even layer

  4. Drizzle melted vegan refined sugar-free chocolate overtop.

  5. Sprinkle the top of the bark with flaky sea salt if you are feeling fancy

  6. Place the granola bark in your freezer until it hardens up a bit (about an hour). Enjoy straight from the freezer. It will soften up the longer it sits out at room temperature but that is okay if you are not worried about the presentation
