Matcha Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 8 tablespoons almond meal
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend.

  2. Roll into balls and they are ready to enjoy your matcha green tea energy bites.

  3. Optionally sprinkle more coconut or matcha on top and store in the refrigerator.
