Milk Ladder Step 2 Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250g) flour
  • 2.5 tsp (10g) baking powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (250ml) milk
  • Around 1/2 cup (110g) grated or mashed fruit eg. Apple, pear, banana (or grated dairy free cheese for a savoury version)

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Whisk the oil and milk together, then add to the dry ingredients.

  3. Add in the fruit or dairy free cheese.

  4. Bake at 180-200°C for 15-20 minutes.
