Milk Ladder Step 2 Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) flour
- 2.5 tsp (10g) baking powder
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar (optional)
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup (50ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- Around 1/2 cup (110g) grated or mashed fruit eg. Apple, pear, banana (or grated dairy free cheese for a savoury version)
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients.
Whisk the oil and milk together, then add to the dry ingredients.
Add in the fruit or dairy free cheese.
Bake at 180-200°C for 15-20 minutes.
