Mini Ombré Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbs sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp apple vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • pink pitaya powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Theb the wet ingredients. Add the Dry ingredients to the wet ingredients little by little

  2. Grease the mini donut mold with some coconut oil before you fill in the dough

  3. Bake the donuts at 180 degrees Celsius 12-15 min

  4. For the icing, mix 1/2 cup of powdered sugar with some water and a dash of lemon juice. For the pink colour add Unicorn Superfoods Pitaya Powder
