Oatmel
Ingredients
- 3/4 c oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 c hot water
- 1/2 scoop raw cacao protein powder
- 1 tsp maca powder ?sliced banana
Preparation
Mix the oats and flax in a large bowl
Heat up the water in the microwave until it’s bubbling, carefully remove w a towel and pour over the oats
Cover with a plate for at least 30 min
Add the protein, maca, and a splash of water (just a little so it’s thick!) to stir together until everything is incorporated
Top w sliced nanas and berries
