Plant Based Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 cup oats
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegan nutella or 30g melted vegan chocolate
  • 3 tbsp vegan protein
  • 1 tbsp dairy free milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Once you have your cookie dough Use a tbsp of the mix roll into balls and place on baking tray with parchment paper, flatten slightly and bake for 12-13 mins at 180c

  3. Store in an airtight container for 3 days if they last that long

  4. Makes roughly 12/14 cookies

  5. Get creative with your cookie dough, as long as it makes a cookie dough form you really can add in your fave ingredients
