Plant Based Chocolate Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 cup oats
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp vegan nutella or 30g melted vegan chocolate
- 3 tbsp vegan protein
- 1 tbsp dairy free milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Once you have your cookie dough Use a tbsp of the mix roll into balls and place on baking tray with parchment paper, flatten slightly and bake for 12-13 mins at 180c
Store in an airtight container for 3 days if they last that long
Makes roughly 12/14 cookies
Get creative with your cookie dough, as long as it makes a cookie dough form you really can add in your fave ingredients
