Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
- 1 tbsp cacoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes .
Preparation
In a food processor, blend almonds first and then add the beans, nut butter, honey, cacoa and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, place mixture in a bowl, add chocolate chips and mix with a spoon
Roll into balls then coat with coconut flakes
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and enjoy :)
