Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 tbsp cacoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes .

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend almonds first and then add the beans, nut butter, honey, cacoa and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, place mixture in a bowl, add chocolate chips and mix with a spoon

  2. Roll into balls then coat with coconut flakes

  3. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and enjoy :)
