Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup finely ground oat flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder (plain or vanilla)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup natural salted peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preparation
In a bowl mix together
Use your hands when it gets thick to mix completely (and it will get so thick but that’s good - they will hold up so keep mixing!)
Then press into pan and place in fridge for 2 hours. cut into bars + sprinkle with sea salt if desired
