Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup finely ground oat flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup natural salted peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix together

  2. Use your hands when it gets thick to mix completely (and it will get so thick but that’s good - they will hold up so keep mixing!)

  3. Then press into pan and place in fridge for 2 hours. cut into bars + sprinkle with sea salt if desired
