Smooth Mango Ice Cream with Muesli Topping
Ingredients
Ice cream
- 125 g frozen mango cubes
- 50 ml coconut milk
Topping
- 3-4 tbsp crunchy muesli
- Optional: sliced apple, red currants, lime zest, mint leaves
Preparation
Blend the mango and coconut milk in a food processor until smooth.
Scrape down the sides when necessary.
Add your toppings and enjoy.
