- 180 g frozen mango
- 180 g frozen pineapple and 100 g frozen papaya
Preparation
All blended (with patience ?) until nice and creamy
I topped my bowl with fresh & frozen raspberries, some roasted coconut flakes, roasted hazelnuts, unsweetened chocolate chips and puffed quinoa
