Vegan Frozen Yogurt with Mango and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 250g chopped frozen mango
- 250g vegan coconut yogurt
- one or two handfuls of dark chocolate chips
Preparation
If mango is not already frozen and chopped, chop and freeze it for a few hours.
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top.
