Vegan Frozen Yogurt with Mango and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 250g chopped frozen mango
  • 250g vegan coconut yogurt
  • one or two handfuls of dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. If mango is not already frozen and chopped, chop and freeze it for a few hours.

  2. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.

  3. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top.
