Easy Vegan Frozen Yogurt with Mango and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 250g frozen mango
- 250g vegan coconut yogurt
- 1-2 handfuls dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Prepare the mango by ensuring it is frozen and chopped; you can buy it frozen or freeze fresh mango for a few hours.
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
Sprinkle additional dark chocolate chips on top for garnish.
