Vegan Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin purée
- 1 cup coconut cream (from a can)
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- frozen pie crust
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl
Mix everything well with a hand mixer
Then transfer the mixture to your pie crust and cook for 50-60 minutes at 350*f
Once the pie is done, make sure to leave it plenty of time to cool this might be the hardest step
