Vegan Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin purée⁣
  • 1 cup coconut cream (from a can)⁣
  • 1/4 maple syrup⁣
  • 1/2 cup sugar⁣
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch⁣
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla⁣
  • 2 teaspoons allspice⁣
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon⁣
  • 1 teaspoon ginger⁣
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg⁣
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt⁣
  • frozen pie crust⁣

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl

  2. Mix everything well with a hand mixer

  3. Then transfer the mixture to your pie crust and cook for 50-60 minutes at 350*f

  4. Once the pie is done, make sure to leave it plenty of time to cool this might be the hardest step
