Vegan Summer Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 package of vegan ready to roll puff pastry (400g)
  • 7-8 medium sized apples, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 50g raisins
  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream (brand of your choice)

Preparation

  1. First, spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet trail and place the apple slices on it until half of the pastry is covered

  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the apples and sprinkle the raisins as well on top of the apple slices

  3. Next, fold the puff pastry half over the other apple slices half

  4. Gently working it down, so that no air pockets are left

  5. Next, place the baking pan in the oven and let it bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C or until pastry is golden brown! After that cut the baked pastry into squares and add a scoop of ice cream on top! Now, just ENJOY this summer dessert
