Peanut butter toast is definitely in my top 5 favorite things I wouldn’t want to go without- it just always hits the spot + it comes together so quickly as breakfast or a snack ? There was definitely a time I avoided eating it because I thought peanut butter was too fatty and bread had too many carbs. Thank goodness I changed my mindset on that because there aren’t any health reasons why I can’t enjoy it a few times a week ? Now if it hurts your stomach or doesn’t agree with your body (allergies
digestion issues
etc)
that’s a different story. I found myself removing foods from my diet for no real reason other than I thought in order to be healthy
