Spring Rolls for Lunch

Ingredients

  • I made myself with a combo of 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder. I thinned that out with some water until it was at my desired consistency for dipping. This was such a fun light lunch especially if you are not the biggest salad fan. You can still get those greens in this way
