Asparagus & Emmental O M E L E T T E

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • melted cheese

Preparation

  1. Slice asparagus & sauté in oil with salt & pepper for 5 mins; remove from heat and set aside; add oil to the pan & let it heat up; beat 3 eggs, pour into pan and then turn heat down, cook & swirl pan allowing the eggs to cook evenly; add asparagus & shredded cheese into the middle, flip both side inwards & slide omelette onto plate; season with more sea salt, pepper & chili flakes
