French T O a S T with a Side of Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • sprinkle of cinnamon & sea salt
  • @silverhillsbakery bread
  • olive oil
  • berries
  • maple syrup
  • chili flakes
  • fresh chives & sea salt

Preparation

  1. Whisk together 2 eggs, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla, sprinkle of cinnamon & sea salt; dip @silverhillsbakery bread & fry in olive oil until cooked to your liking; serve with berries & drizzle with maple syrup; beat 2 eggs, add to a hot pan that’s lightly greased, turn heat down and stir until almost cooked, remove from heat {mine cooked in literally 1 min so be close by}; sprinkle with chili flakes, fresh chives & sea salt *
