Date Sweetened Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed medjool date
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container and mix together

  2. Set in the fridge overnight and make sure to give a nice stir before serving

  3. Top as you’d like and of you need a visual pick me up, get a fancy bowl to put it all in
