Jumbo Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 just of fresh lemon
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 of a fresh pineapple or use frozen chunks
- Small handful of fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
You’ll need several glugs of coconut milk to be able to blend the mix, use what your blender needs to make a smoothie mix
Then topped with pineapple chunks, mint dark chocolate, our nutty granola, walnut butter & a few extra chia seeds
