Jumbo Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 just of fresh lemon
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 of a fresh pineapple or use frozen chunks
  • Small handful of fresh parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. You’ll need several glugs of coconut milk to be able to blend the mix, use what your blender needs to make a smoothie mix

  2. Then topped with pineapple chunks, mint dark chocolate, our nutty granola, walnut butter & a few extra chia seeds

  3. Enjoy your day
