Tropical Muesli Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 C unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 TBSP GF rolled oats
- 1 TBSP golden flax seed
- 1 TBSP chia seed
- 1 TBSP hemp seed
- 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
- papaya
- peach
- kiwi
- figs
- squeeze of lime
Preparation
Mix the yogurt, oats, seeds, and optional protein powder in a bowl to combine.
Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh fruit and a squeeze of lime.
Tips
Ingredients can be mixed ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
