Tropical Muesli Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 TBSP GF rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP golden flax seed
  • 1 TBSP chia seed
  • 1 TBSP hemp seed
  • 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • papaya
  • peach
  • kiwi
  • figs
  • squeeze of lime

Preparation

  1. Mix the yogurt, oats, seeds, and optional protein powder in a bowl to combine.

  2. Place in a serving bowl and top with fresh fruit and a squeeze of lime.

Tips

  1. Ingredients can be mixed ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
