Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana⠀
- 1 cup oat flour⠀
- 1 cup plant milk (I used oat milk)⠀
- optional: cardamom⠀
Preparation
Make the oat flour if you haven’t got any (see in caption above)⠀
Put all ingredients in a blender or mash the banana and blend all the ingredients with a whisk⠀
Let rest for 5 minutes⠀
Cook on medium heat (until bubbles appear, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes) preferably in a non-stick pan without oil or water⠀
The chocolate sauce is just some cacao powder mixed with agave syrup
