Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana⠀
  • 1 cup oat flour⠀
  • 1 cup plant milk (I used oat milk)⠀
  • optional: cardamom⠀

Preparation

  1. Make the oat flour if you haven’t got any (see in caption above)⠀

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender or mash the banana and blend all the ingredients with a whisk⠀

  3. Let rest for 5 minutes⠀

  4. Cook on medium heat (until bubbles appear, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes) preferably in a non-stick pan without oil or water⠀

  5. The chocolate sauce is just some cacao powder mixed with agave syrup
