Peanut Butter-Banana-Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (i use @bobsredmill extra thick gf oats)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein of choice
- 1 tbsp honey
- optional: small amount of frozen spinach & frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (I use @bobsredmill extra thick GF oats)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein of choice
- 1 tbsp honey
- optional: small amount of frozen spinach & frozen strawberries
- 1/2 - 1 cup vanilla almond milk (depending on desired consistency and depending on protein powder consistency)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated.
I would start with less milk and add more in as needed so that you can control the consistency.
I like mine THICK so it can be eaten in a bowl and topped with some granola ??
