Peanut Butter-Banana-Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (i use @bobsredmill extra thick gf oats)⁣
  • 1 frozen banana⁣
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)⁣
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein of choice⁣
  • 1 tbsp honey⁣
  • optional: small amount of frozen spinach & frozen strawberries ⁣
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (I use @bobsredmill extra thick GF oats)⁣
  • 1 frozen banana⁣
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)⁣
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein of choice⁣
  • 1 tbsp honey⁣
  • optional: small amount of frozen spinach & frozen strawberries ⁣
  • 1/2 - 1 cup vanilla almond milk (depending on desired consistency and depending on protein powder consistency)⁣

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated. ⁣

  2. I would start with less milk and add more in as needed so that you can control the consistency. ⁣

  3. I like mine THICK so it can be eaten in a bowl and topped with some granola ??⁣
