Peanut Butter Banana Vanilla Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 - 1 cup vanilla almond milk

Optional add-ins

  • small amount of frozen spinach
  • small amount of frozen strawberries

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated

  2. Start with less milk and add more as needed so that you can control the consistency
