Peanut Butter Banana Vanilla Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 - 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Optional add-ins
- small amount of frozen spinach
- small amount of frozen strawberries
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until incorporated
Start with less milk and add more as needed so that you can control the consistency
