Refreshing Muskmelon Infused Water with Cucumber and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed melon
  • 500 ml water or 1 liter
  • Handful of sage
  • Half cucumber
  • Half lime

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours to allow them to infuse.

  3. After infusing, the fruits can be discarded or more water can be added to make additional detox water. Optionally, eat the fruits.
