Vanilla Oatmeal with Caramelised Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a pot (except protein powder) and cook until thick and creamy
Then stir in the protein powder and serve with toppings
